Murphey Performance Hall Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Murphey Performance Hall has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Murphey Performance Hall provides wheelchair seating upon request on a first-come-first-served basis. Please request wheelchair seating when you order your tickets or call 325-284-3825 at least two weeks before your ticketed event for help.
Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Box Office. There is no charge for the device, but an ID is required to be held at the Box Office until the device is returned.
Arrival Policy
Showtimes start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. If a guest arrives late, they may be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate break period or during intermission. For certain shows, there may be no intermission period. To avoid frustration, please make sure you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the shows ticketed start time.
Bag Policy
Large bags are not allowed in the venue. All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) are subject to search upon entering Murphey Performance Hall.
Please have your bag ready for search before entering entrance doors to accelerate the process.
Camera Policy
Cameras are not allowed in the theatre without prior written consent. If a specific show or event allows cameras, then it will be detailed in the event or program guide.
Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled due to inclement weather or artist cancellation, then ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible through media and the website. Please contact the venue at 325-284-3825 to ask about refunds or postponements.
Food and Beverage Policy
The San Angelo PAC has food and beverage available for purchase at each performance. For this reason, outside food and beverage are not permitted. Food and beverages are not permitted in the Murphey Performance Hall, Brooks & Bates Theatre, and the Black Box Theatre.
Lost and Found
If you lost an item at the venue, please check in with security for help with finding Murphey Performance Hall’s lost and found department. After the show, please call 325-284-3825to to inquire about your missing item. Please provide full contact information and detailed information about your lost property.
Murphey Performance Hall does not claim responsibility for lost or missing items.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside the theatre.
- Alcoholic beverages
- Backpacks or any bag larger than 18″ x 18″ x 4″
- Balloons and beach balls
- Coolers
- Drones or any type of radio-controlled flying device
- Fireworks
- Folding chairs
- Glass or can containers
- Grills
- Illegal drugs and substances
- Noisemakers or horns
- Umbrellas
- Weapons of any kind
- Any items which pose a safety hazard or can diminish the enjoyment of the event by other guests.

Re-Entry Policy
For most performances, you are permitted to leave and return to the theater. Please have your ticket with you and speak with one of the ticket takers at the front doors to exit. If you do not have your ticket, you may not be permitted to return.
Smoking Policy
The San Angelo Performing Arts Center does not allow smoking of any kind inside the facility including the use of e-cigarettes or vaporizers. Please exit the front doors to smoke. Re-entry will be permitted following the re-entry policies stated above
